"Price Increased Significantly!!"
The price has been raised significantly. Throughout the year, I kept losing features and they wanted more cash to restore them. Then, I got an email saying my monthly rate would double while still having fewer features. Honestly, the customer service seems to only be interested in taking your money.

"Fantastic software that really delivers..."
Fantastic software that really delivers. Plus, I’m thrilled to mention - I requested a certain feature (not thinking it would actually happen), and Karin from support thought it was a neat idea, so they went ahead and made it happen in the software.
I really appreciate these folks, they’ve got a super helpful team and are a one-stop solution for my uncle’s HVAC business - I’m so glad I could help him get it set up.

"Definitely worth a try!"
I spent a couple of weeks checking out different locksmith software because I really didn’t want to pick one and have to change it later on.
Workiz turned out to be the simplest to navigate. I hooked it up with Quickbooks Online, and it all went off without a hitch. Their customer support team is top-notch and always ready to assist.
Totally recommend it!

"Absolutely the Best"
Without a doubt, Workiz stands out as the top app available right now! It's super user-friendly, and they keep rolling out fresh features that make my job simpler and boost our clients' happiness. The latest Workiz chatbot is just amazing! I can get jobs scheduled even when my business is shut down! I highly suggest it to all business owners.

"Pandemic Protection Software"
Workiz has really simplified things for me during this wild pandemic! Thanks to their Zoom integration, I could estimate a bunch of jobs without putting my team and clients in harm's way. I could also collect payments online and send invoices via email. Workiz is truly a fantastic tool to have!

"Successfully Set Up Workiz for Our Teams"
This past month, we managed to roll out Workiz for both our office and field teams. Scheduling and dispatching has become a breeze, and we're now aiming to get the online booking feature up and running. "Awesome app for my plumbing biz"
I was on a different app for my plumbing work when a friend suggested I make the switch. I gave the 14-day trial a shot, got some training from one of their coaches, and I've been cruising along ever since. The app is super user-friendly, and the support team is fantastic.

"User-friendly and constantly improving..."
It's super user-friendly and keeps getting better to meet customer needs. I really appreciate how it helps me, as a small business owner, operate like a larger firm. Thanks to Workiz, I can log my calls, monitor my earnings, and allow clients to schedule appointments online without me having to answer the phone.

"It feels like they get it right and then..."
It feels like they get it right and then suddenly switch things up without any warning. It's super annoying, and they don't seem to care that what they altered was actually working for you. They always have some reason for the change or claim that not enough folks are using that feature.

Generally a solid service. There are some occasional hiccups, but our clients and staff usually appreciate it.
Honestly, those glitches are probably more about user mistakes than issues with the software.
I get positive feedback every day from clients about how great it is to receive emails and SMS texts about their upcoming appointments. Plus, the message board really makes it easier for clients to interact with our company online.

Workiz earns a perfect score from me. I utilize it for a couple of different businesses. I've experimented with other programs and consistently discovered that Workiz is the best choice for my contracting services. It's straightforward to operate, easy to instruct new staff on, and robust enough to swiftly and seamlessly produce management reports.

"Awesome possibilities"
Awesome possibilities, but we run into a problem every week. Customer service is top-notch and quick to respond, yet the tech support usually takes three weeks or longer to reply. I understand this is undergoing a big revamp, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Workiz has been a solid partner, yet we think we might eventually outgrow it. We operate a small call center, and it’s really frustrating to have to jump between various franchises. Plus, the integrations offered by Workiz are quite restricted, which isn’t ideal for folks like us who rely on other platforms.
